1. About these terms

This website, zeepstore.com, is operated by Zee-p-Store from Pakistan. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and prices

An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an obvious error, we cannot ship to your address, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. Prices for international customers are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card or bank account is in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout for your country. Some payment methods, such as bank deposit, are confirmed manually, and your order is processed once payment is received.

4. Shipping, customs and returns

Please read our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which the buyer must pay.

5. Product information

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and slight variations may occur. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

The Zee-p-Store name, logo, text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for making sure that the items you order can lawfully be imported into your country.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live.
