1. About these terms

This website, zeepstore.com, is operated by Zee-p-Store. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and prices

All prices for Pakistan are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). An order is accepted only when we confirm it, which we may do by phone, message or email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an obvious error, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery and bank deposit. For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Orders paid by bank deposit are processed after we confirm the payment.

4. Delivery, exchanges and refunds

5. Product information

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and slight variations may occur. Sizes are given in the size chart on each product page.

6. Intellectual property

The Zee-p-Store name, logo, text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
