Processing time
Orders are confirmed and processed within 1 to 3 business days. We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3 to 10 working days, depending on the product and your city. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery may apply to orders above the amount shown in our announcement bar.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. Repeated refusal of a COD parcel may lead to future orders needing advance payment.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by email or message. Tracking may take a day or two to update.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no answer, the courier may return the parcel and we may ask you to cover re-delivery charges.
