Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship from Pakistan and from our fulfilment partners to many countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and other European countries. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

After dispatch, international delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country, the shipping method and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during holidays or sale periods.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping is handled by international postal and courier services. The shipping method and any charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees and local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and we cannot predict their amount. Please check your local customs rules before ordering. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

Tracking

We send tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take several days to appear in the carrier system.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your address before ordering. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, email info@zeepstore.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
